Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the iBoss RaceManager Affiliate Program. Participation in our Affiliate Program is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the iBoss RaceManager service as an affiliate. By signing up for the iBoss RaceManager Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

Acceptance

By submitting your application and by your use of the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this Affiliate Agreement. iBoss RaceManager may terminate your Affiliate Account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Affiliate Agreement, for conduct that iBoss RaceManager believes is harmful to its business, or for conduct where the use of the Affiliate Program is harmful to any other party.

Referral Tracking

iBoss RaceManager will provide you with a unique referral link that tracks the traffic and customers you refer to us. It is your responsibility to ensure that the link is correctly formatted. We will not be liable for any failure on your part to receive credit for a referral due to incorrect formatting of the referral link.

Affiliate Commissions

Affiliates will receive a percentage of the revenue as a commission from orders placed through properly coded Affiliate links (unless noted otherwise for a particular product). Commissions may change at the discretion of the product publisher. The current commission rate is 10% of sales, unless otherwise specified.

Payment

iBoss RaceManager uses an automated payment processing system and can only pay commissions on business generated through properly formatted special links that were automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We reserve the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

Payments begin processing on the 15th of each month for sales generated in the previous month. There is a minimum threshold of $100 in commissions for payout.

Responsibilities

It is understood that you will introduce iBoss RaceManager to your current and prospective customers and will comply with all laws as well those that govern email marketing and anti-spam laws. iBoss RaceManager reserves the right to accept or reject any prospective customers and will pay you a commission per customer referred using your affiliate link regardless of whether the sale is made.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access our site through the affiliate link solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, for the sole purpose of legally advertising, marketing, and selling iBoss RaceManager products and services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Liability

iBoss RaceManager will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).

Term of the Agreement

The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Affiliate Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
